Elliott Heerman ( Bass, Keyboards) who was playing bass in a band with Timothy named Trading Faces, then joined Black Wine. Robert Jackson(aka DJ Nanobyte) was a roommate  and an emerging DJ at the time, began to collaborate with the group, once all 4 members got together, Black Wine was born.
